Worn / Used products

Customized or made-to-order pieces

Astro-advised gemstones & healing bracelets

Crystal malas, pendants energized through rituals

Items without original packaging / certification

Condition Requirements To qualify for an exchange:

The product must be unused and in original condition

Tags / pouches / authenticity cards must be intact

You must provide an unboxing video as proof in case of damage claims

Exchange Process

2. Share order details & photos/video.

3. Once approved, ship the item back to us.

4. After inspection, we will issue store credit or send replacement of equal value.
