Items without original packaging / certification
Condition Requirements To qualify for an exchange:
The product must be unused and in original condition
Tags / pouches / authenticity cards must be intact
You must provide an unboxing video as proof in case of damage claims

3. Once approved, ship the item back to us.
4. After inspection, we will issue store credit or send replacement of equal value.
